    厨艺大赛

       公司周年庆大宴,席间举行厨艺大赛,具有多年厨龄的我被指派为资讯部代表“孙师傅”(掌声欢迎~~~~)。做什么呢?经过3秒钟的深思熟虑,我决定:炖小黄花鱼!

    比赛当日,热闹非凡,大家翘首以待。

       穿上围裙,洗过手,站到案前,葱、姜、蒜、花椒、大料、糖、醋、味精、料酒一应俱全。好家伙,一大盆鱼,这么小一炒勺,这哪能做得了?!本着美味不可多得的宗旨,呵呵,就做六条吧!说做就做,在鱼上撒点醋(据说这样可以使肉质鲜嫩,哈哈,我还是有备而来的!)

       说时迟那时快,锅热入油,下葱、姜、蒜、花椒、大料爆锅。六条可怜的鱼,你们就牺牲小我,成全大我吧,倒上生抽、料酒,嗯,可以炖啦!哎? 锅盖呐?裁判!HELP!没锅盖啊?!

       左问右问,上看下找,惨了!就是没有。久经厨场的我怎能被这事难倒,炖不成,就把汤底靠干,咱不炖啦,咱靠,味道更好!

       一不留神,差点糊锅,加水,继续靠,就这样反复三次靠呀靠,鱼也熟啦,汤也稠啦,还差一点,撒上味精,再撒上香菜,我终于靠成了“孙师傅超级无敌似炖非炖面目全非小黄花鱼”(掌声+西红柿+鸡蛋~~~~)!

       最后,由于我是参赛选手中唯一一个未婚青年(剩下的都是已婚的,而且参赛选手都是男同胞啊),大家以对年轻人的鼓励和期望为出发点推举我为本次大赛冠军(雷鸣般的掌声)!奖品:人民文化俱乐部庆中秋民族交响音乐会入场票4 张(哽咽~~~~)

    PS:4张票,妈笑着说:你临时找一个女孩咱一起去吧!我:--!

    Last scene of all, that ends this strange eventful history, is second childishness and mere oblivion, sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything.
